A Cura della Redazione

In the heart of Mugello, a land where local realities often struggle to emerge, something extraordinary took shape: fashion made its way with elegance and audacity thanks to Officina della Moda, an exclusive fashion show that won everyone over. Organised by Digiflo Pubblicità, the event took place on Sunday 20 October, transforming the first floor of the Ikebana into a perfect stage for the first edition of an ambitious and innovative project.

The evening was a veritable ode to local talent and creativity. Accompanied by the refined melodies of the acoustic duo CoolBeans and Pietro Bonechi’s DJ set, the atmosphere was magical from the very first moments. Guests were welcomed with a carefully prepared aperitif of prosecco, finger food and drinks, while they could explore the elegant displays set up for the occasion. Valecchi Calzature, Abbigliamento Lavacchini, 00C, La Coccinella Intimo, KeyO and Geff Abbigliamento were the absolute stars, offering a cross-section of local fashion with outfits and accessories that shone in the spotlight.

The location, the ‘Sala Bianca’ of the Auto OK complex, managed by the Santoni family, added a touch of history and sophistication. A particularly striking coincidence was the allusion to the famous 1951 fashion show organised by Giovanni Battista Giorgini in the Sala Bianca of Palazzo Pitti, considered the baptism of Italian fashion. Anecdotes aside, with its white walls and lacquered floors, the room brought out every detail of the clothes and accessories presented, thanks also to the contrast with the black catwalk lit by cold lights.

The route to the highlight of the evening was enriched by themed stands scattered around the huge hall. Not only fashion such as Valecchi Calzature and Calzedonia, but also beauty: in fact, the participation of Farmacia Monti Roselli and Paola Profumeria who brought products and samples caught the public’s attention. To complete the charm of the setting, some vintage cars and new models further embellished the ambience, uniting modernity and tradition.

When the clock struck the hour of the fashion show, the air was charged with anticipation. The audience found their seats in the numbered chairs, while backstage, models and models prepared themselves with excitement. For some it was a regular, for others an exciting first time. Everything was moving fast between frantic dress changes, shoes ready, models lined up and organisers coordinating every detail, the controlled chaos typical of any big event..

Finally, the catwalk came to life. The presenter enthusiastically introduced the concept of the fashion show, thanking the shops and sponsors who made this event possible. The models started to walk down the catwalk with ease and grace, while soft lighting followed their steps to the end of the catwalk, where the photographer’s click captured each look. Applause and amazement accompanied each exit, a tangible sign of the public’s appreciation.

The already perfect evening ended on a high note with a convivial dinner in the next room, set up by Loft32. A pizza round, hors d’oeuvres, prosecco, water and coffee framed a moment of shared celebration, where organisers, guests and models celebrated the success of the event together.

Officina della Moda was much more than just a fashion show: it was an event that combined elegance, style and valorisation of the territory, giving Mugello an opportunity for pride and innovation. It was an unforgettable evening that opened up a new avenue for local fashion and creativity.
