In the charming village of Stia, on the slopes of the Castle of Porciano, Donna Fiammetta will be born, an innovative ‘Home Restaurant’ that promises to revolutionize the traditional concept of barbecue. This exclusive project was born within ‘Nobilia Dimore La Villa’, a historic and refined location that will offer its guests a unique culinary journey with cooking that comes from the dawn of humanity.
Donna Fiammetta Home Restaurant will not be a simple restaurant, the type of cuisine, in fact, will be inspired by ancestral cooking methods, which date back to the discovery of fire by primitive man. In a world dominated by technology and speed, Donna Fiammetta will bring attention back to ancient techniques, reinterpreting them in a contemporary key. In the kitchen you will not find gas or electricity, but only state-of-the-art equipment, such as grills, barbecues, ovens powered only by charcoal and natural fire. Every detail is carefully studied, from the choice of raw materials to the immense selection of wines and bubbles, to the selection of charcoal, which comes exclusively from 100% Italian ethical supply chains. Each type of charcoal is chosen according to the cut of meat or fish to be cooked, to guarantee impeccable results and authentic flavours by combining each ingredient with its own dedicated cooking.
Donna Fiammetta’s menu will be a hymn to conviviality and experimentation. Forget the classic grills: here you will find refined dishes, where smoke becomes an ingredient capable of enhancing the quality of the raw material. Friday will be dedicated to fish, with innovative preparations that go beyond the imagery of the common “grilled seafood”. On Saturday, however, meat will be the protagonist, with unconventional cuts, breeds and maturation, cooked with meticulousness and passion in order to express their best. Alongside the restaurant’s fixed and iconic dishes, there will be active tasting proposals for a dynamic and always different culinary experience.
Donna Fiammetta takes its name from the parent company ‘Nobilia Dimore’, which dedicates each suite to prominent women in history. In this case, the name recalls the flame, a symbol of fire and heat, elements that characterize the atmosphere of the Home Restaurant. The villa will have two elegant dining rooms, both enriched by the presence of a fireplace, which will add an intimate and familiar touch. It will also be possible to book the smaller room, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 15 people, for private events, while ensuring privacy and exclusivity. The architecture and design will reflect the style of Nobilia Dimore: a warm and welcoming environment where every detail is designed to put guests at ease.
The opening of this new Home Restaurant is scheduled for May: Marco, the host, will personally take care of the kitchen while in the dining room, Valentina will welcome guests, guiding them on a gastronomic journey that aims to create a sense of community and sharing.
Donna Fiammetta will be open mainly on Friday and Saturday evenings, but the Home Restaurant is ready to welcome private events and dinners on request during the rest of the week. The villa will also offer the possibility of staying overnight in one of the three rooms or in the suite, ideal for those who want to extend their stay and fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of the place. In summer, however, the entire villa will be rented to groups of up to ten people, while maintaining the possibility of organizing dedicated dinners, always looked after by Marco and Valentina.
The location of ‘Nobilia Dimore La Villa’ is an attraction in itself. Located under the Castle of Porciano, the villa offers a panoramic view of Stia and its surroundings.
Soon a swimming pool will also be built, increasing, if still possible, the charm of the estate. This combination of natural beauty and refined hospitality makes Donna Fiammetta an ideal destination for those looking for a
unique and unrepeatable experience.
Donna Fiammetta is the result of an ambitious vision that combines tradition and modernity, passion and innovation. Each dish tells a story, every corner of the villa conveys warmth and hospitality. It’s not just about
eating well, it’s about living an experience that will remain etched in the memory. For those who want to rediscover the pleasure of conviviality and good food, immersed in an exclusive context, Donna Fiammetta is an unmissable destination.
