A multifaceted project, managed by the experience, vision and knowledge of the tourism and real estate sector of Alessio and Cristina, and, nevertheless, by their harmony as a couple. “After years of working in Milan,” says Alessio, “I wanted to change my life and in 2019, after realizing the great potential of this land and with a passion for the real estate sector, I created AR Consulting Italia. We deal in particular with tourism management, real estate consultancy and management of properties on behalf of third parties». A small village to manage: “There are 27 apartments, at the beginning it was difficult, but with the arrival of Cristina, an expert in the luxury tourism sector in Italy, we joined forces and today we are a point of reference”. “We have a specific vision and mission that coincide with quality tourism – adds Cristina – we have networked by starting new collaborations, positioning ourselves at a decidedly high level; Today we can say that we are the flagship of the area, together with a few other structures”.
The Corte Francigena Residence is located in the middle of nature, on the promontory of Castelnuovo dell’Abate. An area of wines, fine oils and gentle slopes that gently reach the sea. “In our structure, the guest feels pampered, those who arrive from the big city immediately experience a wow effect.” A new format designed to be something unique, found both in the exterior and in the minimal and functional furnishings: no longer exposed beams, terracotta and wrought iron, but a modern style capable of intercepting the tastes of young people, and not only. To relax, you can dive into the incredible infinity pool or go among the olive trees in the relaxation area in a suggestive and panoramic place. Customers choose us for the location, the architecture, the infinity pool, the quality of the apartments and furnishings, the proximity to many sites of great artistic and cultural interest and in general for complete relaxation».
Reception and services: «We created the Bike Lab Francigena, with the idea of putting an assisted mobility bicycle service on the market; A “lab”, therefore, where guests, but also external customers, can find assistance, parking, coffee and brand new bikes. We have the idea of expanding our Lab with more assistance centres for cyclists in the Val d’Orcia, and beyond.” Self-denial, and spirit: “Often,” Alessio concludes, “when we leave the office in the evening and no one is around, we go to the abbey of Sant’Antimo to find an austere and regenerating atmosphere; Those who aspire to do business must also rely on spirituality and a non-standardized way of seeing things. In this place there are positive energies, we love to meditate under the centuries-old olive trees.” The “family” company makes the difference: “everyone marches in the same direction, and common interests are pursued”.
Future projects cannot be missing: “the most ambitious one, which began in 2023 in Umbria, consists of developing a real estate business with the purchase of old properties and then renovating them through a new business, the “Edil Service Montalcino” and putting them back on the tourist market of short-term rentals and then entrusting their management to AR Consulting Italia. A “game” all homemade, in this way, over time, we could bring added value to the small villages in the area and have a network of owned structures». The activities you deal with are many: have you thought of a name or a brand to encompass them all? «Of course, we have been thinking for some time about a brand that distinguishes us in all activities: a company similar to a group but with activities created from scratch; We can’t say much, but we spoil it that it will be a brand that will bear our initials. A dream that is becoming reality.”
